Return Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of research peptides and cold-chain requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened products or products that have left our controlled storage environment. All sales of research chemicals are final.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After that window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Credits appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
